Sounds like mesh is not rendering correctly for you.  When this happens mesh clothes disappear and you see people naked, or if they are wearing an alpha layer, with body parts missing.

Without knowing more details about your viewer, your system, when this happens etc, it is hard to advise you what to do about it.  Assuming you had no problems before seeing mesh and its not just in one place this is happening you may need to re install your viewer.  If these assumptions are incorrect please give us more information.
