I've been having the same issue for a few days as well. Not sure what the problem was as the person with me was able to add a picture.

What viewer are you using? It might be worth it to reinstall. If you're using Firestorm, you can probably send an IM to the support group inworld. Or maybe file a JIRA if you're using the SL viewer??

I'm just putting the pictures up on Flickr if I can't get them on the feed.

Good luck

Hello I already ask  in groups of mentor and nobody could help me. I only use the official Second Life viewer ! I am faithful to the official viewer, and never had a problem before.

Same here; this has been going on for many days. I have tried two viewers:

• Second Life 3.6.9
• Firestorm 4.5.1

The result in both is: "Failed to upload image to your Profile Feed."

According to the Grid Status reports page ...

"

[uPDATED] Scheduled Profile Maintenance

[uPDATED 7:32 PST 12 December 2013] Scheduled maintenance to in world profiles is still in progress. We are working to restore consistency to the snapshot uploading process. Profiles may be unavailable during this time. Please keep an eye on this blog for further updates.

[Posted 7:009 AM PST, 11 December 2013] Beginning today at approximately 10:30 AM PST, we will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to in world profiles.  Profiles may be unavailable during this time. Please keep an eye on this blog for further updates."

You will notice it does not say resolved, so one can only assume they are still working on it.

I cntinue to have the same problem.  Still not resolved as of today, just if anyone from LL is checking.  I did the complete clearing of cache, logs, data, reinstall, etc. thing as well for Firestorm and the latest official viewer.

I am just finishing my 2nd day in SL. Uploading to my profile worked the 1st day, but stopped suddenly.  I hope this will be fixed soon. I'd like to journal.

Linden Lab announced on 12th December: "Scheduled maintenance to in world profiles is still in progress. We are working to restore consistency to the snapshot uploading process."

It has not been resolved yet as there are no further updates to this since the 12th December.

Hello, any way find when resolved?  This seem silly to do during holiday when often is time to share and make memory? A full week without the service of profile feed picture is long. Hope soon finish.

Not only the pic upload, but also the Message Box doesn't work either for a few days. I use the MySL feed Inbox message sending function regularly (very comfortable, like sending IMs without logging in), and for 3 or 4 days, it doesn't save and send my messages anymore. Annoying. It seems that all this net profiles thingy has gone to hell.
