i need information or tutorial how to make skin for feet toe and how can i attach a hud for !

Right click the hud in your inventory, then go to Attach>Hud, or simply "wear" (but only if they creator has set it up already).

 

Keep in mind that if once attached its not showing there should be a option on the rmb menu (on the selected item in your inv) that should allow you to select edit it to make adjustments in your viewer

Did you buy a mesh "kit"?  If so, you probably got the mesh, and the UV map for it, and maybe some sample textures.  You're expected to do the work required to turn this into a usable product.  You will need to do at least one thing...take the provided UV map into a paint program like Photoshop or GIMP and paint textures on it, to match your skin tone and to add any of your own touches like custom colors or details.  You can then apply the UV map to the mesh model in Blender and import the new Mesh, or maybe the seller provided some other method of re-texturing.

As for creating a color changing HUD such as you find with commercial shoes, that's a major job involving building the HUD and scripting both it and the shoes.  You'll need lots of help and advice...best start over in the Scripting forum.
