SAM Broadcaster Problem!

Hello, please advise someone to use a Djovanie SAM Broadcaster but the problem is that just about 15 seconds or more after them? advise on how to do it to be accurate and not so far behind, please?

i think you are talking about stream lag between when you start a song and when it actually starts in SL. there is nothing you can do about that. It is universal over the web. you can test this easily by tuning a local radio statuion on an actual radio and then streaming thier broadcast. There will be a time delay.

The lag is built in for editing purposes in case something is said that shouldn't be broadcasted so it can be edited. Best you can do is listen from your stream rather than inworld.

Oh so now I do not understand what is better? it can be any, do so in SL was also, or at least mneje seconds after them?

I always listen to the club and not to SAM directly so I can tell if the sound drops in the club.  It just takes a bit of getting used to and I turn my SAM volume down to 1 so it is not as much of a distraction.

You did not do anything. There is supposed to be a delay. Do not worry about the delay.

There will always be a delay. You can not change it. You can not make it go away. It is normal. Stop worrying about it.

You mean so you dont blow your eardrums out?

You have to lower the volume on your desktop. if you mess with the sliders it effects the stream. the other option is to hit the mute button and listen inworld, however, there is a delay between your stream and inworld so if something goes wrong it could take up to a minute for you to hear it.

On my old version of Sam on the first page at the bottom are two volume controls. The left of the two can be turned down to mute what Sam plays locally. The right one adjusts the volume of the stream sent to listeners.
