Trying to change my RL profile pic on a Mac computer?

People say they see my RL profile photo, however I can not see any photo there. I try to change it and it will not let me choose any of the photos on my Mac. When I click to change the photo my files on my computer all pop up but are "gray", meaning unable to be used. Help please! I just want my RL pic off!!

I just checked your profile and see no RL photo. Were you able to remove it? Respond by editing your question via "Options" over there on the right.
