You mean outside SL?  No, although I suppose you might be able to use it in Skype if you were clever enough, because Skype runs through our computer. I don't know how to do it, though.  Actually, I don't have any personal experience with voice morph anywhere, since I never use voice in SL.  The best way to find out what's possible is to contact the folks at Screaming Bee, who make the software.
