VanityStud
I'm looking at getting a new computer and was wondering if the AMD Radeon HD 8550G graphics with up to 4206MB total graphics memory would work? Here's the computer all together...http://www.qvc.com/Ships-123-HP-15.6-Laptop-AMD-A8-Quad-Core-8GB-RAM-1TB-HD-wOffice-Computers-Electronics.product.E225425.html?sc=E225425-User&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION-_-9-_-E225425&catentryImage=http://images-p.qvc.com/is/image/e/25/e225425.001?$uslarge$
0 Lindal Kidd
That graphics is integrated with the CPU chip. It will *probably* run SL all right on low or medium settings, but integrated graphics is always a chancy thing with Second Life. You are much better off with a "dedicated" graphics card. Plus, if you can use a desktop instead of a laptop in your situation, you should consider it. SL is hard on laptops.
