Question

I'm looking at getting a new computer and was wondering if the AMD Radeon HD 8550G graphics with up to 4206MB total graphics memory would work? Here's the computer all together...

That graphics is integrated with the CPU chip.  It will *probably* run SL all right on low or medium settings, but integrated graphics is always a chancy thing with Second Life.  You are much better off with a "dedicated" graphics card.

Plus, if you can use a desktop instead of a laptop in your situation, you should consider it.  SL is hard on laptops.
