i want to buy $L with my PayPal but i cant?

i wan to buy some $L with my paypal but when i try its asked for my credit card and i dont have a credit card,

so can i only buy $L with a creditcard?

because my paypal works with a debit card.

I think there are problems as i don't be able to buy linden myself through the paypal system....

If you back up your PayPal account with a bank account or a debit card, you must be sure to always keep enough in your PayPal balance to cover any charges from LL.  Bank transfers (3-5 days) are too slow to suit LL, and they will cancel PayPal as your payment method if this happens.

It seems unreasonable of them, considering that they take up to 10 business days to process a credit transaction in the other direction, but there it is.

They only take Paypal connected with a bank. I have on that I set up for Visa gift cards and they don't accept it.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  In general LL will only take money from major US credit-cards and paypal backed by same ... if you're in the USA.  Should you happen to be anywhere else or use another banking system then, unlike every other company on the internet, LL can't work out how to let you pay them.

This is a GOOD THING - it teaches you a) not to waste money you don't need to on SL, b) not to expect anything in SL to work as you'd expect it to ... if at all.
