Malanya Posted November 5, 2013 Share Posted November 5, 2013 I haven't seen it lately. I have a few friends who had Hotmail and aol email accounts and were no longer able to receive offlines. The IM's didn't hit their spam folder either, they were just never there. I don't know if that's still going on or now Outlook is also doing the odd filtering of SL mail. Arrwyll Barzane Posted November 6, 2013 Share Posted November 6, 2013 I was receiving IMs by my e-mail (Outlook) until recently (end of October). At that time, I changed my ISP and got a new e-mail address - i updated my SL account right away to reflect this new address and ever since, nothing. What gives? Do you have 'Offline IM's go to E Mail" set? The number of messages and inventory offers SL saves while you are logged out is set at 25. After that they get discarded.
