Withdrawal of USD to paypal blocked .

Hey guys, I have a question , well, a problem.
I went to pull a "Process Credit Request" to transfer my USD from Second Life to PayPal , and as indicated , I waited a week to my transaction status changes from " In Progress" to " Approved" .
The detail is that it assumes that once said "Approved " you have to get the USD to PayPal immediately , right? (I've never done this before ), but as I did not arrive.
Second Life says my USD have been transferred, but PayPal did not allow them to enter your system (ie , the blocked or denied ) , but talk to PayPal and tell me that my account has no limitations or any locks ( plus my IS verified account with a credit card ) , you just do not got the money.
The first time this happened to me , I said the money SecondLife my transaction so I did not miss anything , I tried again this week , but it was the same ...
My question is ... Anyone else happened this? Has anyone been able to solve it? Thank you !

All I can say is I'm disappointed also in the Linden Pay out process. I have been waiting now for 9 days!!!! What Up Linden??????
