I'm on time without going as I was without a computer, I had a problem with the bill payment prime, ie, I had not renewed the account. Agor can not access the sl, have changed the password but still the login failed message and can not login. I enter the site, but do not go in sl ... what to do?

 

estou a tempo sem entrar pois fiquei sem computador, tive um problema com o pagamento da conta prime, ou seja, eu não havia renovado a conta. Agor não consigo acessar o sl, já alterei a senha mas mesmo assim a mensagem de falha no login e não consigo entrar. Entro no site, mas não entro no sl... o que fazer?

If you are a Premium member, and do not pay your bill, Linden Lab will delete the account. 

Another possibility is that the account has been compromised by someone else.
