I am trying to log into second life and a grey box appears asking me to agree to terms and condition

I have had second life for a long time however not used it lately. tried to log in and unfortunately it no longer allows me asking me to agree to terms i try to click on accept it does not allow or show the terms i am lost with this do not know what to do now please help :matte-motes-bashful:

This is normal. You have to accept the Terms of Service before accessing SL. Scroll down the page(s) and tick the "accept" button. Once you've done that, Second Life will launch.

If scrolling down and actually reading the terms you are agreeing to doesn't work, try using a different SL viewer.  It doesn't matter which viewer you log in with, and you can always go back to using the one you had before.

BTW, if you have not logged in for a while, you may need to download and install a new viewer anyway. All viewers that are more than about two months old are now obsolete.  If you log in with an obsolete viewer, you will notice that you and all other avatars look gray and pasty.  Nothing will cure that except an upgrade.
