With a bit of lateral thinking I think you are asking how you drive a car. The answer is - we don't know, because we have no idea what car. Almost everything in Second Life is made by us residents so nothing is standard. With vehicles you normal sit on them and then use the cursor keys on your keyboard to control them. For any other commands you would need to have a set of instructions. For any specific product you should ask for help from whoever sold it to you.

 

Another subject: You are aksing many questions here that we cannot understand. You will find it much easier to get assistance in Second Life itself. A search for "Hebrew" finds more than 20 groups - some will be happy to help you.
