login is failing - premium membership now regular ... what is the issue?

Question

I was a premium member, but let the account become overdue. I paid to reactivate and change to regular account. Everything is fine when login into SL on the web, but cannot log into SL viewer. Any suggestions? I reset my passowrd, changed the login location .. not sure what to do?

Log in on the web?  You mean here?  If that's what you mean then yes, your username and password are OK.  So, what happens when you try to log in to SL?  Does the viewer refuse to accept your name and password, or is login failing in some other way?

If the problem is name and password, you can try calling the Linden Lab billing office to be sure that your account really is available.  You should probably also submit a support ticket under the heading "Account Issues".
