I'm looking for a place that'll cost me no more than 600 L$ a month.

It needs to allow me to rez objects and to be in control of my own music. An adult rating is preferable on the slight chance that I can talk a lady into spending time with me there.

 

Is there such a place in SL?

I highly recommend my landlord. He offers land with a very good prim to L$ ratio and he and his wife are super sweet people. I've been with them over a year now and had no issues.
