Question

I am wondering who or where I could send my videos to that show indeed this company is committing fraud. I played the No Devil machines. There was 500L machines down to 10L. They werent showing or allowing the ? or wild bonuses at all in the larger machines. I thought maybe it was me at one point that I was missing numbers or something. That is when I hyper cammed them. I have contacted the owner of the casino, asking if there was different scripts in each machine and explained what is happening. From my understanding of No Devil they are not to be motified except for the amount paid out.

I highly doubt the owner will contact me as I have contacted them before on another issue with no response.

So would like to know who can be held accountable for this. Linden Lab or the company itself. If it is the company how can I get the persons contact info.

I am willing to send the  videos to what ever company proving that indeed this happening.

Also would like to say I am not the only one noticing the bonuses not being given.

Thanks in advance for your help

LL certainly isn't going to "be held accountable". Check the TOS if you have any questions.

You could hire a lawyer. Maybe he/she will get your L$s back for you. Of course, it will probably cost a whole lot more to retain an attorney than you've spent or have even a remote chance of recovering.

You might hear something from the gaming hall/casino, or they might be joyriding in their Jaguar on the proceeds they've made from all the people that are falling for their little 'trick'.

To be honest, this matter is between you and the gaming hall owner. Linden Lab would view this as a dispute between residents, although you could, if this is a gambling hall rather than just simple games, submit an abuse report to Linden Lab, as gambling is against the Terms of Service in Second Life.

If no action is taken by LL or the owner, then all you and other patrons can do is cut your losses and move onto other things/places.

1.  You should not gamble.

2.  Even more, you should not gamble in Second Life.  Because...

a.  It's against the Terms of Service.  Some games like Zyngo are allowed because they (arguably) incorporate an element of skill.

b.  Even if the games are allowable under the ToS, the owner or creator can mess with them to make sure the house gets a larger percentage of the income than is customary in most well-run gambling establishments.

c.  There is  not a thing you can do about b.

Contact the FBI, online gambling is illegal.  The casino operators will primarily be held responsible, with LL possibly being taken to court too for not doing their legal duty to stop this sort of thing.  Then there's you and everyone else playing ...

Prepare to hand yourself in and rat-out all the other people you know that conspiring to commit a felony.
