Residential renter preferred or content creator. Nothing can be sold from the land, no vendors. No animal breeders and scripts.We have a business in the sky, existence on the sim for six years. It is Grandfathered sim, can't be moved. Few other sims on the server, very low lag and stable. Class A sim with double prims that Homestead's offer.
