Nobody that is trying to help you here is part of LL. Nobody from LL posts here. We're all just residents, just like you. So cut the attitude.

P.S. Starting another thread is unnecessary and unhelpful. Try to keep it all in one place so that people know what has been suggested/tried. Go back to the previous one and edit your post to add additional info (click Options / Edit).
