Why is it telling me it cannot authenticate me when trying to buy lindens?

I tried to buy lindens today and it sends me to the website but doesn't tell me what to do. Ive had my cc set up to buy lindens and never had this issue before. I am not sure what I am supposed to do. Reset up my account info? Call LL? Thank you.
