PURCHASING LAND:
Purchase of this land is to allow you immediate rights to the land without having to wait for Westros Estates to be online before setting up your home or business. Rental to the Rent/Tier box must be paid prior to you setting up.

PAYING RENT/TIER:
By purchasing the land you agree to pay the rent shown above the mail box. The mailbox is located at the edge of the parcel. Rent/Tier is to be paid via the mail box and can be paid weekly or in weekly increments up to 52 weekly.

IF you purchase the land and fail to pay the rent/tier the land will be reclaimed and all items returned to you.

REFUNDS:
Westros Estate does not give refunds.

NO REFUNDS HOW EVER - Please contact Winterschains or Brandy Birge if you are having issues with the size or location of the land. We can combine lots at a higher rate. We may be able to offer an alternative solution to your problem.

RATING:
Sim is rated Adult. However but the standards of Westeros Estates this means no child avatars no age play and no nudity in open areas. Please be respectful of your neighbors that might not want to see you nude in your yard.

LAND USE:
The land is breed-able friendly, we allow both residential and commercial use and ask you design your parcel to be harmonious with the environment.

RESTRICTING ACCESS TO YOUR LAND:
Orbs and domes may not be used. If you wish to restrict access to your land please do so via the About Land/Access tab to restrict access so only group members/allowed friends may enter.

STRUCTURES/AMBIANCE:
- Sky boxes are allowed - these must be over 1000 metres or above in the sky.
- Boundary walls are not to be over 3 metres in height.
- These walls must have a gate or some form of entrance.
- Walls and Buildings must enhance the ambiance of the sim. Any detracting from the ambiance will be asked to change them.
- Buildings are not to completely cover the parcel (rented area) as we try to encourage traffic to look around and if they just see a solid block it detracts from the ambiance of the sim.
- All items must be within your parcel (rented area). They are never to be in the protected area or these parts of your buildings etc. will be returned to you.
