Too late, the picture has changed, at least when I logged into the marketplace to check for you.  It might come around again.  The Fall is a LL promotional event as far as I understand it, presumably meaning 'Autumn' fashion.

As I couldn't see the particular items you were seeing I can't assist, sorry.  Enjoy shopping through all the rest though.
