Meet and Greet events at Nexus Isle

You have been invited to an all day meet and greet event at the Medieval themed Nexus Isle! Come enjoy the many events we have planned throughout the day, or just stop by to converse with like minded individuals. Raffles will be running over the duration of the day. Medieval/fantasy themed clothing is appreciated. Please take a look at the following itinerary and we look forward to seeing you then! (All times in SLT)

9AM:    Meet and Greet
Come visit Nexus Isle! Take a strole and explore it's hidden secrets, meet and mingle with the inhabitants of the Isle and the many other travelers who's made the journey as well. Take a stroll through the town and visit the many stores and shops scattered about...but above all bask in the peace and freedom the Isle has to offer.

10AM:    Treasure Hunt
Greetings my friend
welcome to Nexus Isle
this is not a dead end
if you venture with guile

For this Realm is a riddle
and treasures are veiled
not a farce nor a fiddle
and skills are entailed

Then your hunt will begin
scavenge chests and their glints
let me hand you with a grin
a little help, a bunch of hints

If it happens you succeed
enjoy the prize my fellow
but be careful of greed:
it is but a bloody bellow

11AM:    Fashion Show
Clothes galore! Come enjoy our Medieval themed fashion show where models will show off their favorite outfits. There will be a model caller done in voice so make sure you have your speakers on so you can hear it. Held in a castle room decorated solely for this event! All models are inhabitants of Nexus Isle.

Entertainment Room

12AM:    Melee Tournament
Participants need to assemble near the Arena at 11:30AM. All participants need to have Spell Fire III meters on in Tournament mode. Anyone needing either the meter or a weapon can come to the town square and grab them for free...a free short sword will be available for a limited time for use in the tournament. At 11:45 a breif demonstration will be given at the arena on melee combat.

1PM:    Ballroom Dance
Visit the throneroom and let the music take you as we move about the dance floor to the sound of the music. Let the decadent atmosephere offer a festive reprieve from the savagery of the tournament that preceeded it.

2PM:    Fireworks Display
Step outside and watch the night spectacle of our beautiful fireworks display. Let the lights, colors, and sounds amaze you as they wash over scenery of the Isle.
