No.  You need a real computer to enter Second Life.  There are a few custom third party viewers designed for mobile devices ( see http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory ), but almost all of them offer a text-only interface and have very limited functions.

There is a text-only app for the iPhone (Pocket Metaverse)

There is a text-only app for Android (Mobile Grid Client), and one that offers a limited graphics interface (Lumiya)

But the Lumiya phones use the Windows Mobile operating system.  I am not aware of any Second Life apps for that OS.

Until recently I would have said 'no' like the others.  Innula has since pointed out the Lumiya viewer (http://www.lumiyaviewer.com/) for androids.  Give it a try
