Unfortunately not, while you can pock the style of the Linden Home you want you are assigned a random one from what is available.  You can change your Linden Home up to 5 times in 24hrs though.

Alternatively you can just use your rent-free 512sqm allowance - buy any plot of mainland and build your own house however you want it to look.  You will only be billed for any land over the allowance.

Yes, it's possible to look at the Linden Homes in world before you select one.  However, there is no guarantee that you will get the SPECIFIC home you want, only one of that style.  And even that depends on whether the style is available.
