If Second Life is blocked in your country, then it is a fairly recent change.  After all, you were able to log in the Second Life last February.  I think it is more likely that you either have a firewall problem or a weak, unstable Internet connection.  It will be impossible for us to tell you how to solve the problem without more information, however.

We asked you once before to provide information about your computer and its Internet connection, but you never responded.  This time, open the login page for your SL viewer, but do not log in.  Click the Help >>> About Second Life link in the upper left corner of the screen.  Then save all of the information in the display window and come back here to your question.  Click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT and then paste the saved information into your original question. Please also tell us exactly what web page error message you have been seeing. Please do not start a new thread. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.

Exactly. Thank you. Your computer is somewhat old, or is at least using a rather old version of the Mac operating system. That shouldn't be causing your problem, however. I think it's more likely that you either have a firewall or anti-virus routine blocking access, or that you really do have a problem with your Internet service. Check first to be sure that you have make exceptions in your firewall and antivirus program and your web browser for secondlife.com, so that those programs know that it is safe to access that URL. See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Using-Second-Life-with-a-firewall/ta-p/1304539 and http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/antivirus_whitelisting . Then ask your ISP to check the connection.
