how come my trash keeps coming back after i empty it?

Everytime i try to empty my trash....i can empty it but as soon as i relog....it comes right back......anybody else have this issue? and what should i do to get it resolved?

Every once in a while someone asks this same question, and we have usually suggested trying to delete the trash in small chunks (maybe 50 items at a time), rather than purging the entire folder at once.  As far as I can see, nobody has ever come back to update a post and let us know whether that strategy works.  Give it a try.

Mine didn't, I had to get premium and have SL send a script to my inventory to reset it because I guess it was due to packet-loss
