How do i stop my avy head from following my mouse pointer in Singularity

In Firestorm, go to Preferences >>> Firestorm >>> Avatar and set the two sliders at the top to limit horizontal and vertical movement of your av's head.

If you don't happen to be using Firestorm, you can do the same thing by adjusting Debug Settings (in your Advanced menu -- CTRL + Alt + D).  The settings to look for are PitchFromMousePosition and YawFromMousePosition
