Are Hippotech products broken?

So, i went to set up a new hippotech update server today and found that the website was down and the server itself will not go online.

 

Is this just a minor hiccup or have they stopped working altogether?

People still use it? I try to avoid hippo as much as possible.

As much as i'd love to avoid it, Caspertech don't do an automatic update system

I had a few script errors about http lately on some vendors and had to reset them..

much worse is that it re-delivered limited quantity no copy items even though they werent marked as to be re-delivered.. i took the re-delivery terminal away now...

Seems it was just some downtime. I've never actually used the vendors, since they were much more expensive and much higher in script time than the alternative when i was shopping for networked vendors. But alas, their main competitor doesn't have an auto update system

Dunno, no idea, I got banned from Hippo for asking difficult questions and pointing out security concerns, prior to ever implementing it.

Oh, you as well? Same happened for me after asking them 3 times when i can expect a solution to my problem after waiting 6 weeks with premium support.
