Why can't I access adult content?

I am of age and already enabled the A rated content in preferences and yet I still cannot access it. I don't know if I might have accidentally entered something wrong when I created my account back in 2009. I was on the teen server and now that I am 18 Its like I'm still stuck there. I really want to fix this issue... Please help! Much appreciated.

File a support case. Be prepared to prove you are now 18 with an official document such as birth certificate, passport or driving license.
