Hello I'm using Singularity Viewer and I was wondering where does the local chat go to on my pc?

I Just click the box to save local chat on my PC, but now I have no idea where it is saving it to, please help!

Unless you changed it, the default location is your computer's AppData folder.  Look for a subfolder with the name of your viewer on it.  Within that there should be folder for each of your accounts.  Those contain your saved IMs and chat, among other things.

Rolig is right, but I believe that the overall folder containing ALL your chat logs for ALL your avatars is called "chatlog" for all viewers.  Do a Windows Search to find it, if you don't see it in the AppData folder.

Each logged conversation will be a text file with the name of the person or group.  Local chat will be a file named chat.txt.

~/.secondlife/<login name>/* on MacOS and Linux.  If you're on Windows, god help you.

I just had the same problem and it seems Singularity puts the chat logs into the "SecondLife" folder inside the AppsData folder instead of creating an own "Singularity" folder.
