Looking for a Nice Family RP Living Community

Hi everyone! I know there have been a good bit of requests for this kind of thing off and on, but I haven't quite found what I'm looking for so I hope you will all be patient with another one. I am looking to find a living community with a suburban neighborhood feel that supports and encourages families and family RP. My price range is flexible I just need to find something that fits what I'm looking for. I used to live in a place I really liked and was what I am describing but it no longer exists. I miss that kind of life. :(

 

Really Important:

Neighborhood feel

Lots of family RP

Active enough so that there are people around more often than not

Friendly and welcoming neighbors

Some sort of community structure (occasional events, maybe meetings, that kind of thing)

 

Nice to Have but Could Live Without:

A body of water preferably with a beach area (but not a totally sand sim)

Ability to rent the parcel empty and use my own house and landscaping (while keeping a neighborhood style)

Try rockport. Thats where i moved recently. Its nice place although sone things could be different,but best ive found sofar.

Thank you for the Rockport idea! It seems like a very interesting place though it doesn't have anything available so my search goes on.

I thought I had possibly found a place for me but after living there for a little while, it might not be quite what I was looking for. I'm still open to any suggestions anyone might have.
