Due to current high demand, Essential Estates is only accepting new renters by appointment with Marc Daniels (physSix Resident). Please contact me directly inworld to view any of our available properties. 

All of our Mainland rentals come with exclusive media and parcel privacy rights. No sharing the music stream with other neighbors on your same parcel! Currently I have the following properties for immediate rental:

I also have a few Estate land parcels still available for rent on a sceneic, Adult Rated, sandy beach sim. These come with full ownership rights and land controls.
