I wondered why I was premium, can not get the house owerlook in Meadowbrook region? healthful choices of 4 regions, but for me only appearing on 3.?

Getting a house in SL is very much like getting one in RL.  The one you really want may not be on the market on the day when you go looking.  Houses become available when their owners decide to move on, or when Linden Lab decides to build more of them.  If nobody has moved out of a Meadowbrook home and Linden Lab hasn't built any more recently, then you have to wait.
