Why i can't use paypal account to pay for subscription?

I have been using the paypal account to pay for account for sometime. Yesterday it was declined because lack of fund. I topped up the account and did hte payment again but it was declined. Just now it was declined again when i tried using the paypal account to buy lindens even though i had more than enough fund in it.Please advise why it declines.

The PayPal account must be "verified" by being tied to a bank account, so that what you experienced (running out of money in the account and having to manually "top it up" doesn't affect any bills LL charges you.

To avoid this, LL requires that your verification method for your PayPal account be a major credit card, or at least include such a card in your bank account's services.
