how to detect full parcels?

You could create one easily enough.  All you need to do is query llGetParcelPrimCount at a specific location ahead of you on the flight path.  I'm curious, though, about why you would need to know whether the parcel is full.  After all, unless you are planning to rez something there, it makes no difference.  And if you are planning to rez something but don't have permission, you won't be able to.  If you're just planning on flying through, it doesn't make any difference whether the parcel is full or not.

EDIT:  Ah..... You weren't planning to shoot bullets while you're flying over someone else's land, were you?  That's a big no-no.  Even if your bullets are intended to die after a second or two, they can still mess up the landowner's stuff, especially if he has scripts turned off for non group members. Find your own land to fight over.
