I bought a premium Vehicle pack off of Amazon, and it didn't deliver, Amazon told me to contact you

You didn't buy it from me.  Like all the other people in this Answer service, I'm just another SL resident like you.  Lindens never come here.  If you bought something from Amazon.com, you didn't even buy it in Second Life, so it's not Linden Lab's problem either.  If you really bought it in Marketplace, you should check your order history, copy out all details of the order, and send them to the merchant who sold the item to you, along with a polite note of explanation.  Some (most) merchants will refund or redeliver a purchase if you can provide details.
