On the other hand, the owner of a sim can establish any rules s/he wants to -- no matter how silly or unreasonable they may seem to you.  If the owner doesn't like short blonde people who wear red things and giggle a lot, you're out.  No questions asked.

There is no general rule about heigh for adult sims, all of them are made up by sim owners who fear of age play and child avatars. To make it easy for themselves, they set up rules about avatarsize to determine who is a childavatar and who is not. Normaly everyone over 1,70 meter should be fine...but in general these rules are extremely lazy and silly. Sadly nobody can do anything about that, because its their land.

I advise to search for land owned by nice and intelligent people.
