Private Island - Full Region with 15000 prims for sale - $275 US (no L$).  There will be no transfer fee to the buyer,  as I will cover it.  This will be full transfer sale via the LL transfer process.  Tier renewal is 23rd of each month; August 23 2013 is next billing date.

You will need to rename and move the region, which LL will do for free as part of the sale transfer process.

If no buyer is found, it will revert back to Linden Labs.
