Can someone clarify when the payout to paypal changed??? Until last week 0-5 days, now 10?????

Well, up to ten days has always been possible -- even likely -- if there's a holiday after you request payout.  If you requested payout on Saturday, June 29, for example, you'd have

June 29,30 -- Weekend

July 1,2,3

July 4 -- Holiday

July 5

July 6, 7 --Weekend

July 8 -- Payout on the fifth business day

AFAIK, the policy about 5 business days hasn't changed, but it's quite possible that some sleepy person may have typed the word "business" inappropriately into his response about a ten day delay.  Never underestimate the possibility of human error.  (Mine included.)

Now, as for why you didn't get a payout in a week with no holidays, I have no idea.  Klingon Groundhog Day?
