Why was temp texture removed?

Temp texture helped me save on lindins and allow me to create the perfect avatar designs for clothing, skin, and even UV maps.  Why was it removed when so many people used it?

Even without temporary texture you will be able to create and save money while you are still not sure about the final texture you want to do..

instead of uploading a temporary texture, go in the edit tab of your layer, click the texture square and then at the bottom ull see "local".. click it and choose in your harddrive the texture you want to try. then you ll see it in the list, click on it and say ok.. you ll see it right away applied on your layer..

it save really more time than to upload temporary texture that failed 1 time on 2. and on top, you can mod your texture on your external viewer and each time you will save, u ll see the modification directly applied on the layer, if you are still wearing it... 

and to answer your question, it was removed bec of the launch of the server side baking wich is from now on the one that save all your datas about the baking of your avatar.
