This comes with full permissions, including rights to terraform. You may split the half into however many pieces you like and allocate them as you like.Basically you OWN your entire half. You manage it as you see fit. I am just the person who pays the money to LL each month. Just someone who got caught out with friends and now has to foot the bill for it or give it up. The rental per month is only half of what it costs me. No profit is being made. If you can get half of a full (prim) sim for less, go for it and I'd really love if you'd share the information so I can get in on that too.
