My purchase didn't arrive in the inworld

Question

The strange part is that my lindens in the site were updated after the purchase, but my inworld lindens are still the same, and now I have no idea which one is true O.O And how can I restore my order without having to pay again?

The L$ display in your viewer can easily be out of sync with the true balance that is shown on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account.  Trust the balance on the dashboard.  You can usually force the viewer to update by clicking on the L$ symbol in the upper right corner of the screen (not the "Buy L$" link).

Follow Syo's instructions to send a polite note to the merchant and ask for a redelivery.  Be sure to include all details of your purchase so the merchant can identify you in his/her records.
