Every so often, I lose sight of my skin and outfits. Is a Graphics card or program the problem?

Greetings!  Occasionally, and I know others have had the same problem, I disappear...except for my eyes, shoes, hair, and other attachments.  

I've cleared cache many times, and it fixes the problem in the short term but I disappear again, except for eyes, hair, attachments, and shoes.  

I am not sure if it is the Asset Server taking skins off, or if the graphics card is not compatible somehow.  I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro with an Intel Core i5 Processor, Intel Graphics card, etc.  It's Windows 7 Pro.

It might be your internet connection, or it might be your graphics card.  Second Life does not tend to play nice with intel graphics
