Need some places to hang out out..

Hello!

iam pretty new to SL, but with some help i have learned quite a lot anyways...

i really need some places to hang out at and meet new people

some places i would like to visit:

recreations of historical sites, art galleries featuring RL art or made here on SL, record shops, city envoirments resembling new york city, open fields with tall grass.

if you guys know places fitting those descriptions please give me a link :)
