yeah...seems like my avi has come alive...Hahahaha.  I don't even need to use my motion ao's when I'm in SL. My avatar animates without them even being on.  The AO is off but the avatar is still animating as though it was still on.  Please explain someone. How and why does this happen? Just interested in knowing.

Animations sometime get stuck if, for example, you have been dancing and forget to stand up from the dance machine or pose ball before you TP somewhere.  Newbies do it all the time, but even veterans forget occasionally.  That's why you have Me >>> Avatar Health >>> Stop Animating My Avatar (or words to that effect).  That's also why you can get free animation stoppers like this one. 

Of course, you might also have a faulty AO with a busted ON/OFF switch.  :smileytongue:

or you maybe accidentally added a second AO or animation to your attachments. In case none of the already suggested helped, check your attachments and take off everything that could possibly contain animations =)
