yeah...I need some more help please

I'm still having a problem with my in world  media players.  I never had this problem before.  idk what to do but it's really starting to bug me.  Please help.  I been trying to play my TV's in world.  I get a quick screen of YouTube or whatever other connection I try, except movies.  What happens is my start button shuts off after a couple seconds of clicking on it.  It won't stay on.  I've tried every possible thing I could think of but nothing is working. I reinstalled my Flash Player, updated it, checked QuickTime, gave Firestorm access through my firewall.  Adobe Flash Player for other operating systems.  It's not just my viewer behaving this way it's also my partner having the same problem.  I get this little box on the screen periodically which I don't know what that means...Please help somebody...:manfrustrated:   aaarrrggg !!
