working the land

hi!i thought by deeding land to group others can work the land ??can someone advise plz many thx .

You'll have to go into their group role and give them terraform rights, i.e. "Edit Terrain" rights.

You need to pull up the group, under Roles, hit the ROLES tab... if you want everyone in the group to be able to edit the terrain, click the "Everyone" role then, at the bottom, scroll down to "Parcel Powers" and put a check in the box next to "Always allow 'Edit Terrain'".  If you only want certain people to be able to do this, you can create a new role with the ability enabled (like above), then assign only the people you want to it.
