Can prim allotments from separate parcels of land in the same region be shared?

I am running out of prims on a 1/4 sim parcel I own on Mainland. I can buy 512 more without affecting my tier payments. A 512 parcel is available near mine . . .if I buy it, can I assign its prim allowance to the group I've setup and thereby give me a couple hundred more prims for my 1/4 sim parcel?

Yep....as long as the 512 land is deeded to the same group & WITHIN the same region, then prims can be shared. As far as it not affecting your tier, you will need to go into your dashboard and see if you have 512 sqm avaliable under your land use fees

Thanks! I have the 512 sqm available. Both parcels are in the same region, so all I need to do is buy the smaller parcel and deed its prims to my group, right?

Maybe you didn't mean that literally, in which case just ignore all this, but if you're actually proposing to deed prims to a group (something you'd do in the Build Tool), no, that's not what you want to do at all. Instead, you want to use About Land to deed the parcel itself to the same group that owns the other land, assuming that other parcel is group-owned.

(Put another way, a parcel's prim capacity is determined by who owns what land in the sim, irrespective of who owns which prims.)
