Can't get restarted

After creating my avatar 2 weeks ago I can't get back to it.  When I click on teleport to a destination I get "Webpage cannot be displayed".

You're doing something wrong if you're getting that message.  A destination in SL is not on a web page.  I suspect that you are trying to get in world from your web browser.  That is possible, but it takes a bit of work to teach your browser how to recognize the peculiar type of URL that we use.  Most people enter SL by simply clicking on the icon for their SL viewer.  In should be on your desktop or in the Start menu on your computer.  Just click to activate the viewer and then enter your username and password on the login screen.
