If you're a Premium member, you can use Live Chat or submit a support ticket.  If you are a Basic member, those options are not available. As Nyl says, nobody has a phone number for tech support.  WE, your fellow SL residents, are support.  Ask your question here. :smileywink:

what the best views for DIPPY17 DOWNLOWED

Hmmm.  This is the only question I can find in this thread.

I interpret this as "What is the best viewer for me to download?"

Start with the standard Second Life viewer.  Download it right here on this website.  There are many third party viewers available, too.  Many of us use the Firestorm viewer, but it's not your only choice.  Which viewer will work best for you depends a lot on your personal preferences, and on your specific computer setup.  I suggest that you download and try several of them to see which one you prefer.  You can have several viewers installed on your PC.  I have four...the Linden Lab standard viewer, Catznip, and the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Firestorm.

Here is a page with some viewers that meet Linden Lab's Third Party Viewer policies: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory
